Our Policies

Check-in
Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM–7:00 PM.

Check-out
Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Reservations
Please feel free to call us directly at (803) 572-5838, or check the website for availability. There is no minimum stay. Reservations are based on one or two persons per room. We do not accommodate children under 13 years of age. A valid credit card holds your reservation. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, America Express, and cash.

Cancellations
Cancellations are free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the reservation date. Cancellations after that will result in a $100 fee per room charged to your credit card.

Suite Rates
All our Suite Rates include your private suite with attached bathrooms and sitting areas. Full sit down breakfast is served in the dining room, and included is 24-hour access to the Guest Refreshment Area, pool, yard, on-site parking, free wifi, and all taxes.

Pool
We provide our guests with pool towels upon request. The pool is not heated and is available to all guests at all reasonable hours. There is no lifeguard on duty, no diving, and you must swim at your own risk.

Breakfast

A full sit down breakfast is served in the dining room at 9 a.m. unless prior arrangements have been made.

Pets
We do not accept pets or comfort/therapy animals traveling with guests. Fully trained service animals are always welcome. Four Oaks Inn has two resident cats who are restricted to our private living quarters.

Smoking
We are a smoke-free facility.
